Promoting Leaders from Within
We fully support a promote-from-within philosophy, which is why 99 percent of our project directors and 72 percent of our executives began their GC career in entry-level positions.
Research has shown that internally promoted employees outperform their externally hired counterparts and are less likely to leave their jobs. They also report higher levels of employee satisfaction.
Research has also shown that hiring from within is less expensive than hiring outside. While we ensure our compensation is highly competitive, other associated hiring costs are mitigated when hiring from within.
Since we have more insight on existing personnel, we are better equipped to evaluate prospective candidates from within. This keen insight has allowed us to choose the best candidates.
