Research has also shown that hiring from within is less expensive than hiring outside. While we ensure our compensation is highly competitive, other associated hiring costs are mitigated when hiring from within.
Since we have more insight on existing personnel, we are better equipped to evaluate prospective candidates from within. This keen insight has allowed us to choose the best candidates.
