Major Insurance Company Relies On GC Services for Customer Eligibility Calls
GC Services’ first project in the insurance space was taking ITS calls for a major insurance provider with over three million customers. An ITS call is where a member receives medical services in a different state from where they live. The medical provider calls the insurance company and asks eight standard questions to determine the type of coverage. The project began after an eight-week training schedule. We managed the project without incident, which has led to other projects in the insurance space. We are proud of our first insurance client, and have been able to engage in other, subsequent projects based upon our experience and performance.
