Providing the Tools Necessary for Growth
We provide our employees with the necessary tools, training, and ongoing support, in order for them to be industry leaders. Our management teams play a key role in agent development. They encourage eligible employees to advance their career paths and enter our employee development programs.
Our Management Development & Training Programs allow agents to gain skills they need for entry-level management positions. Participants in the program shadow tenured employees so they gain a complete understanding of the position. We want our employees to have more than a job but a career with the company. We allow our employees an opportunity to “try it before you buy it” by exposing them to other functional areas of the contact center such as training, workforce management, or quality assurance. This program teaches leadership skills such as effective communication, conflict resolution, proper documentation, effective coaching and motivation techniques, and the importance of recognition.
We fully support a promote-from-within philosophy, which is why 90 percent of our managers and 72 percent of our executives began their GC career in entry-level positions.
Incentives & Opportunities
The GC Services’ Top Gun Program is aimed at celebrating the employee of the week, and month with quarterly performance awards, and most improved awards.
